A bit Scottish…

Spring skiing in Hintertux!
This photo was taken at the top of the Gefrorene Wand from about 5m away.  I think it can be described as “poor visibility”!

Visibility was better lower down, though being able to ski by feel was definitely an advantage!

The Tirolerskilehrer Verband were having their exam day for the Landesskilehrer 2 course.
We weren’t sure who deserved more sympathy…  The students who had to stand around in a howling wind and then perform at their best in variable snow and poor visbility, or, the examiners who had to stand in the middle of the slope while waiting for 60 or so people to ski past showing their best performance!
